For a few years I had been taking daily doses of Omega-3 to benefit ailing cardiac and joint health. Then two years ago I read an independent trial of several brands where Omax3 came out the most highly rated in every respect except cost - it being the most expensive. I decided to try the best, Omax3, and have not regretted it. As the saying goes "you get what you pay for" and I consider I am getting the best.
