I have been taking L-Carnosine now for about 2 years. During that time, I generally feel much healthier and look younger than others of my age (60+). I have plenty of stamina and in particular, my memory has improved and my concentration appears to be better also. The product appears to deliver on its promise, and I am very pleased with it.
