What kind of fish do you use to make Omax3?

The fish are from small, deep sea species...best characterized as anchovy species...choosing a small, deep sea fish is central to ensuring contaminants are extremely low.

Is Omax3 a drug?

No, Omax3 is a food supplement. However, if you are taking medication or have a medical condition you should check with your doctor before Omax3 or any other supplement.

How much should I take?

Cenestra suggest a daily dose of 2 capsules per day (equivalent to 1500mg of Omega 3 EPA/DHA).

However, if you wish to take 1 capsule of Omax3 (contains 750mg Omega 3 EPA/DHA) this still provides considerably more Omega 3 than a standard high street formulation (e.g. 1 x 500mg capsule of Eye Q contains approx 122mg of Omega 3 EPA/DHA)

Due to the purity of the product , it is possible to take more than 2 capsules per day - this can't be said for most high street brands where the purity isn't certified - see Certificate of Analysis!
