Sauna....Dear 1st Vitality,

recently purchased a sauna steam from you. I am absolutely thrilled with the results,
the best £200 I've ever spent. It's so easy to use and store, I've
got mine in my bedroom, so I can watch my favourite soaps too if I want to. The
steam stays in the sauna-steam so no worries about wallpaper or paint. I haven't
felt so relaxed in such a long time, my sleep pattern has been much much better. It's
great fun too, my friends and me have been experimenting with different body mud
packs that we smear on ourselves then wrap ourselves in Clingfilm, get into the
sauna and just chill with our favourite tracks and soft lighting a little wine...not
too much though. Not only does our skin feel soft but we also lose inches!!!
Not to mention what a sensual massage with my partner after using the sauna can
do to heat things up in the bedroom!!! What I've also found is that my complexion
has really improved. I put a face pack on after using the sauna to close my pores
